- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter (do not substitute)
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Mix flour, powdered sugar and butter.

2Press into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

4Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and baking powder.

5Pour over crust.

6Bake another 25 minutes.

7When done, sprinkle powdered sugar over top while hot.
