- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- juice and grated rind of 2 lemons (4 Tbsp. ReaLemon)
Directions

1Mix together the 2 cups flour, butter and powdered sugar.

2Pat in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 20 minutes or until light brown.

4While the first layer is baking, beat eggs and add the remaining ingredients.

5Pour over crust and bake 15 to 25 minutes until the top layer is set and custard-like. When cool, cut into small squares.
