  • 2 c. plain flour
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 heaping Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. sugar (granulated)
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • powdered sugar

Directions

    Cream flour, margarine and 1/2 cup powdered sugar together. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake 15 minutes at 300° to 325°.

    Beat eggs, lemon juice, sugar, flour and salt.

    Pour over baked crust. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes at 300° to 325°.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar over top and cut in squares.
