- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice and rind
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and butter well and pat into 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.

3Beat eggs with sugar; mix in other ingredients.

4Pour over first mixture.

5Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.

6Cool.

7Dust with powdered sugar.
