- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- grated rind of lemon
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- dash of salt
Directions

1Mix butter, cup of flour and 1/2 cup powdered sugar in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

3Combine eggs, 2 cups sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind, baking powder, 4 tablespoons flour and a dash of salt in crust.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Dust liberally with confectioners sugar.
