- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
Directions

1Mix together with a fork or pastry blender the butter, powdered sugar and flour.

2Pat into an ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Mix together the sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt and lemon rind. Pour over crust.

3Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
