  • 1 large (2 lb.) bag or 3 small cartons frozen shredded hash browned potatoes, thawed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients but the last 2.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes.
