- 2 1/2 lb. turnip, cut into cubes
- 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. heavy cream
- dash of salt
- paprika
Directions

1Cook turnip with dash of salt until tender.

2Mash cooked turnip.

3Add cream cheese, chives, garlic, pepper and butter; mix well.

4Stir in heavy cream.
