  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon rind
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix first three ingredients and put in pan.

    Mix together last four ingredients.

    Place half on top of other mixture and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Put other half of icing on top while hot.
