- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 12 cup confectioners' sugar
- 4 eggs, Beaten
- 1 34 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 12 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 325.

2For Crust: Blend Butter, 2 Cups of Flour and 1/2 Cup Confectioners' Sugar until flakey.

3Pat into an ungreased 13x9x2-in.

4pan.

5Bake for 18-20 minutes.

6For Filling: Blend 4 Eggs, 1 3/4 Cup Sugar, 4 Tablespoons of Flour, 1/2 Cup of Lemon Juice and 1 Tablespoon of Lemon Zest.

7Remove Crust from oven and cover with filling.

8Return to oven for another 20 minutes.

9After removingfrom oven, loosen around the edges and sift Confectioners' Sugar over the top while still warm.

10Cut into squares.
