- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 ounces butter, cut into chunks
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lemon zest
- 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

2In a food processor, combine the flour, sugar, cornstarch, and salt.

3While the motor is running, add the butter and continue to process until mealy.

4Transfer mixture onto a buttered 12 by 18-inch sheet tray.

5Press to form an even layer of crust.

6Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until light golden in color.

7Meanwhile, prepare the lemon topping.

8In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs.

9Add the sugar, flour, and salt.

11Lastly, stir in the lemon zest, juice, and milk.

12Pour over the prebaked crust and continue to bake another 20 minutes or until set.
