- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large eggs
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- sifted powdered sugar (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. For crust, combine flour and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Press lightly onto bottom and halfway up sides of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
