- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated lemon rind (optional)
Directions

1Blend together the butter, flour and powdered sugar.

2Put mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch cake pan.

3Put mixture into bottom only.

4Bake for 15 minutes until lightly browned.

5Meanwhile mix filling.
