- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbsp. dried basil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
Directions

1Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes, turning once.

2Pan braise on top of stove. Simmer till done. Green peppers and onions can be added to the chicken while it is frying.
