  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil

Directions

  1. 1
    Cream butter, cream cheese, egg and lemon juice until well blended and fluffy. Blend in cake mix, 1/3 at a time, mixing last portion by hand. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop by level tablespoon onto greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350° oven 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
