- 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon peel
- 3 c. drained, cooked white beans
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Combine broth, carrots, celery, lemon juice and peel in saucepan.
