  • 4 oz. Philly cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Keebler Ready-Pie crust
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip
  • 1 pt. strawberries (frozen)
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) lemon flavor pudding or vanilla

    Beat cream cheese, milk and sugar with a wire whisk until smooth.

    Stir in lemon juice.

    Stir in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread into crust.
