Ingredients: 4 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 Tbsp. milk; 1 Tbsp. sugar; 2 tsp. grated lemon peel; 1 Tbsp. lemon juice; 1 (8 oz.) tub nondairy whipped topping; 1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker crumb crust; 1 pt. strawberries, halved; 2 c. cold milk; 2 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding and pie filling

1 pt. strawberries, halved
2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding and pie filling

Directions

Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and juice.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.

Spread evenly in bottom of crust.

Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer.
