- 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. ReaLemon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- ground graham crackers
Directions

1Mix Jell-O, water, sugar, lemon juice and salt; let stand until almost set.

2Whip milk, then add Jell-O mixture and mix. Spread crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour in mixture.

3Sprinkle crackers on top.

4Put in refrigerator and let set until ready to eat.
