  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. oil

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together until mixture is smooth and creamy, about 4 minutes.

    Pour into two loaf pans.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
