- 1 cup plus 2 tbsp (2 11/4 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- None None Rainbow chocolate chips or mini M&Ms
Directions

1Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer, until light and creamy. Add condensed milk; beat until well blended.

2Sift flour and cocoa powder over mixture; stir until well combined.

3Divide dough into 2 portions. Roll each portion in parchment paper to form an 11 inch log. Refrigerate for 30 mins.

4Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line baking pans with parchment paper.

5Cut each log into 1/3 inch thick slices. Place 2 inches apart on prepared pans. Press chocolate chips onto each cookie.

6Bake for 10-12 mins or until lightly golden. Cool on pans for 2 mins. Remove from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
