Lemon Broccoli Chicken

- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup
- 14 cup milk
- 18 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions

1Cut 4 thin slices of the lemon.

2Squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from the remaining lemon.

3Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.

4Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well browned on both sides.

5Stir the soup, milk, lemon juice and black pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil.

6Top the chicken with the lemon slices.

7Reduce the heat to low.

8Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
