Lemon Broiled Fish

- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
- 2 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
Directions

1Combine margarine and lemon juice.

2In medium bowl combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of lemon mixture.

3Dip fish into paprika mixture; broil until flakes with fork.

4Top with bread crumb mixture.

5Return to broiler; heat through.

6Refrigerate leftovers.

7Makes 4 servings.
