- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Directions

1Combine butter, juice and salt in small pan.

2Cook until mixture is bubbly and butter is melted.

3Remove from heat and stir in parsley.

4Serve with spinach, broccoli, potatoes, carrots or peas.
