- 1 pkg. pie crust mix
- 3 c. Lemon Butter
Directions

1Prepare pie crust mix according to directions on package; roll out dough, half at a time, to 1/8-inch thickness on lightly floured pastry cloth.

2Cut out circles about 3 1/2 inches across; fit into small tart or muffin pan cups; flute edges.

3Prick pastry with fork.

4Bake in hot oven (425°) for about 10 minutes or until golden brown; cool.

5Just before serving, fill each cup with about 1 tablespoon Lemon Butter.

6Makes 3 dozen tarts.
