  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 tablespoons ground cacao
  • 3 tablespoons mesquite flour
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar or 2 tablespoons yacon syrup
  • 23 cup water, -
  • 1 teaspoon psyllium, husk flour

Directions

    Blend in blender until it gets creamy.

    (if you need to thicken, blend in psyillium husk flour 1/2 tsp at a time until desired thickeness is attainted).

    Pour into 2 1/2 cup dessert cups and let set in the refrigerator.

    Serve with garnish of leaves, flowers or berries.
