- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
Directions

1Beat eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and lemon colored.

2Beat in flour, buttermilk, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

5Bake at 375° in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm in center.
