  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked

Directions

    Beat eggs and sugar together in a large mixing bowl until light and lemon colored.

    Beat in flour, buttermilk, butter, lemon juice and vanilla.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

    Bake at 375° in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm in center.
