  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon, grated
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Melt margarine, pecans and coconut.

    Put in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan.

    Put next 7 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.

    Spoon batter into pan.

    Bake in 350° preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
