  • 1 pkg. lemon yellow cake
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. water

Directions

    Mix ingredients together until dry ingredients are wet with eggs and oil.

    Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.

    Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased and floured pan at 350° for about 40 minutes. As soon as you remove cake from oven, prick with a fork and spoon icing over cake.
