- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. orange or apricot juice
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 2 Tbsp. lemon extract
Directions

1Blend and beat 4 minutes all ingredients except egg whites. Fold in egg whites.

2Pour into greased and floured large angel food pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Watch for excessive top browning near end.
