  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box vanilla pudding
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

    Mix cake mix and all other ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool.
