- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 2 lemons
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Mix the dry jello with the dry cake mix.

2Add the eggs, oil and cold water and beat 4 minutes.

3Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 325° and cool.

4Grate the rind and squeeze the lemons.

5Combine this juice with the powdered sugar.

6Poke holes in the cake and pour this mixture over the cake.
