  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 lemon Jell-O instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 1 c. 4x sugar
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • juice of 2 lemons

Directions

    Dump the first 4 ingredients all together and beat until smooth.

    Pour in well-greased Bundt pan and cook at 300° for 45 minutes.

    Let cake sit 5 minutes before turning it out of pan upside down.

    Mix 4x sugar, grated lemon and lemon juice together. Spoon this on the cake while it is still hot.
