- 8 to 10 medium potatoes
- 1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Pare and cook potatoes in water until tender (30 to 40 minutes).

2Drain, mash and beat in cream cheese, sour cream and garlic salt until light and fluffy.

3Spoon into a buttered 2-quart casserole.

4Dot with butter, sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5May be made ahead and refrigerated. Allow an extra half hour baking time.
