- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water and set aside to cool. Slightly beat eggs.

2Add oil and salt.

3Add egg mixture and jello mixture to cake mix.

4Beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
