- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 small instant pudding (lemon)
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
Directions

1Follow cake mix directions and mix together first 5 ingredients.

2Put into greased 9 x 13 pan.

3Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

4Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, butter and hot water.

5When cake is done, remove from oven.

6Pierce cake all over with meat fork.

7Spoon lemon mixture over cake.
