- 1 can (large) sliced peaches
- 1 pkg. peach Jello
- 1 pound cake
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 small carton Cool Whip
Directions

1In large bowl, pour can of peaches in and mix jello with syrup in peaches.

2Break pound cake into the peaches and Jello mixture. Press down. Mix instant vanilla pudding (large) according to direction.

3Pour over cake.

4Cover with Cool Whip.

5Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
