- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 large lemon
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar. Add lemon juice and beaten egg yolks; mix.

2Stir in flour and milk.

3Fold in egg whites that have been beaten stiff.

4Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 450° for first 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 325° and bake until set as custard, about 45 minutes.
