  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated lemon

    Mix sugar with flour and salt; stir in milk until smooth.

    Add beaten egg yolks, lemon juice and rinds. Beat egg whites. Fold into mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350°.
