- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 egg yolks
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream the first 3 ingredients; add the yolks, grated rind and juice, then add the milk.

2Beat the 2 egg whites stiff and fold in.

3Pour into unbaked shell.

4Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes. Makes 1 large pie.
