- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken, turkey or pork
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 (19 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- chow mein noodles
Directions

1Cook onions, celery and oil in Dutch oven or large saucepan for 5 minutes.

2Add meat, water, soy sauce and molasses and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Add bean sprouts.

4Heat and stir in the cornstarch blended with a little cool water.

5Cook until thickened and serve over chow mein noodles.
