Lemon Cake Pudding

   Sift first 3 ingredients together into mixing bowl.

   Stir in lemon rind, lemon juice and egg yolks.

   Fold in egg whites.

   Pour into 1-quart baking dish.

   Set in pan of hot water 1-inch deep. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

   Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream.
