- 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ETA* Lemon Spread
- 1 pre-purchased double unfilled chocolate sponge cake
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
- extra mint leaves to garnish
Directions

1Beat Philly* until smooth.

2Add lemon spread and continue to beat until combined and slightly fluffy.

3Place the base of the cake on the desired serving platter.

4Spread with 1/3 of the Philly* icing; sprinkle with mint and top with the other half of sponge.

5Spread remaining icing over the cake to cover the top and sides.

6Garnish with extra mint leaves.
