  • 250g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ETA* Lemon Spread
  • 1 pre-purchased double unfilled chocolate sponge cake
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
  • extra mint leaves to garnish

Directions

    Beat Philly* until smooth.

    Add lemon spread and continue to beat until combined and slightly fluffy.

    Place the base of the cake on the desired serving platter.

    Spread with 1/3 of the Philly* icing; sprinkle with mint and top with the other half of sponge.

    Spread remaining icing over the cake to cover the top and sides.

    Garnish with extra mint leaves.
