  • 2 c. crushed pretzels (not too fine)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 large can evaporated milk

    Line 13 x 9-inch pan with crumbs.

    Save some for on top. Cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.

    Mix jello with boiling water; chill.

    Add milk and whip until peaks form. Combine with cream cheese mixture.

    Pour into pretzel crust.
