- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can consomme
- 1 can bouillon
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Combine rice, margarine and onion in skillet.

2Brown, stirring constantly.

3Pour into long baking dish.

4Pour remaining ingredients over rice.

5Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes.

6Stir every 20 minutes.

7May need to add more water.
