  • 1 (3 oz.) lemon Jell-O (no sugar)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. carton cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Mix Jell-O, lemon juice and water in blender.

    Add cottage cheese and pour into bowl.
