Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 32 graham crackers
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Prepare gelatin using 1 cup hot water; cool.

2Blend together cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons warm gelatin.

3Set aside.

4Crush crackers and combine with 1 tablespoon sugar and butter.

5Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Whip milk until stiff.

7Add gelatin to cream cheese mixture and fold into whipped milk.

8Pour into crumb crust and refrigerate.

9Sprinkle nuts on top.
