  • 1 can evaporated milk, chilled well
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello, mixed with 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions

    Mix jello with boiling water well and chill until thick (semi-firm).

    Prepare graham crust by mixing crumbs with 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.
