  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 eggs
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 lemon (squeezed)
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 12 lemon (squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Combine butter, graham cracker, and sugar, and press into greased pan.

    In a medium bowl, beat eggs well, and add sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla extract, and lemon juice to eggs.

    Mix egg mixture thouroghly, and then pour into crust.

    Bake one hour, and then remove.

    Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla in small bowl.
