- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
Directions

1Combine 2 cups flour, butter and sugar; mixing well.

2Pat even into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, pressing mixture 1/4-inch up sides of pan.
